The Rendezvous at Crystal Beach was built for Pete Foster and Designed by Stephan Schoppler of Authentic Design in Destin. This beautiful 9,000 square foot custom home on the Gulf of Mexico includes 7 bedrooms, 8 baths, amazing finishes, custom hand-built cabinetry by Dovetail Joinery, unreal views of the Gulf, a swimming pool and unmatched beach fun for everyone. In early 2016, the home was sold by Rhonda Dossey for $4,400,000

Waterview Towers Yacht Club the Ultimate

Waterview Towers Yacht Club “The Ultimate” is located on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida. The Ultimate includes twenty-one (21) custom 3,100 SF units on the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin Harbor. The project scope included a private marina on the harbor, high rise post-tension concrete structure, lush landscaping, tennis courts, and custom swimming pool.

Catherine’s Landing Resort is 400 beautiful acres located on the shores of Lake Catherine. The resort includes a clubhouse with a store, pavilion, docks, swimming pool, RV sites, yurts, cottages, zip lines, kayak/boat rentals, frisbee golf, hiking trails and tons of wildlife. After several projects for RVC Outdoors, our relationship continues to grow.

The Red Door Saloon on Destin Harbor
– Destin, Florida
Design-Build construction of a new Red Door Saloon location for good friends Kelly Jones & Ric Clarke. We took an abandoned old house overlooking the Harbor and transformed it into a relaxing gathering point. From day one through completion, we all had a ball building this project on the Harbor in Destin. Stop in, have a beverage and enjoy the view.
Smith Residence – On The Harbor
– Destin, Florida
The Smith Residence in Destin is located on Holiday Isle and is currently under construction. The custom home was designed by Stephan Schoppler of Authentic Design in Destin. The 8,800 square foot waterfront residence includes boat slips, boat lifts, seawall, three-tier pool, deadhead pecky cypress ceilings, outdoor kitchen, fishing room, beautiful finishes, and a perfect floor plan. Thanks to Stephan truly an Artist…..

The Villages of Crystal Beach

One afternoon in the Villages of Crystal Beach, I met a wonderful couple walking down the street looking at lots in my neighborhood. A season went by, Dwight & Diane contacted me, we bought a lot and they trusted Auburn to Design Build a home for them in Destin. It was just a chance encounter in the street that turned into a lifetime friendship.

In the fall of 2013, I had the pleasure to team up with Rich & Cheryl StPe of Destin Comforts / Richmark Contracting to complete four (4) homes in the Villages of Crystal Beach. Rich & Cheryl were great to work with and the homes turned out awesome.

Live Oak Landing Resort
– Freeport, Florida
One of the critical goals of this project was the protection of the beautiful Live Oaks existing on the property. We snuggled a perfect blend of cottages, RV sites, pavilion, docks, swimming pool, heavy timber pool enclosure and unmatched waterfront fun on the banks of Black Creek in Freeport, Florida.
The project was another one we teamed up with RVC Outdoor Destinations to construct and is one of my personal favorites to visit.
Carrabelle Beach Resort
– Carrabelle, Florida
Carrabelle Beach Resort was the start of our long relationship with RVC Outdoor Destinations. We took an existing RV park and converted it into one of RVC’s most popular locations. The project included a complete renovation of all existing facilities, many upgrades, new site infrastructure, paving, concrete sites, extensive landscaping, and Design-Build completion of the Haven Retreat – 6 New Residences & 23 New Additional RV Sites.
