Before the Design Drawings begin, the Owner must have an accurate Budget in order to prepare the project Proforma. Our experience enables us to produce precise estimates, schedules, alternate systems and value engineering ideas prior to release of the Design Drawings.  Once the Budget is established, clear communication with the Owner and the Design Team during preparation of the working drawings will ensure the project goals are reached.
